Our Solution




Operation

Calls lands on Auto Attendant / Voice Mail server are greeted by Auto Attendant and if caller knows the extension number call is transferred to the extension needed. If the called party is busy or no answer caller is given option to go to the voice mail or a live operator.
Calls are transferred to the live operator if there is no response from the caller or if caller wish to go to the operator
