  • Use Your Own Sound files for Theater and Movie Names

- You can record movie names and theater names using any application of your choice or application provided by us. When you add or change a Movie or Theater name, just mention this file name

  • Book Tickets for Members and Non-members

- MovieOnCall members (with prepaid cards) can book a confirm ticket and money is deducted from the card value. Non-members can also book the tickets and collect it through nearest MovieOnCall ticket selling points by paying the required amount.

  • Operator Assistance

- While going through the initial menu options if a caller does not respond to menu option his call will be automatically transferred to the operators for assistance. Also, when a caller intentionally wants to go to operator he could press '0'.

  • Choice of Hindi, English and Telugu languages

- A caller can interact with IVR in any of the three languages.

  • Real Time Account Updates

- Whenever caller makes a booking, tickets are deducted from the Theater's available tickets and money is deducted from member's account (if caller is a member). Member is informed about the money being detected, money left or money not available

  • Advertise Upcoming Movies

- You can advertise upcoming movies with IVR or web booking system.

  • Internet Booking

- MovieOnCall can be integrated with Internet based ticket booking system.


About Customer


Prasad I-MAX theater complex is one of the famous multiplexes in India and best in Hyderabad. They are a tourist attraction and famous entertainment spot in Hyderabad city. This project provides them an IVR solution for the advance booking of movie tickets for all of the five theaters within the multiplex. This booking facility is available to customers on 24X7 basis.

Our Solution

    Operation

     When a movie changes.
  • Add the Movie Detail
    •  - They add the movie to our system and record the voice file for the movie name.
  • Add the Show Details
    • and assign the tickets to IVR for sale

    Now tickets are up for sale and anybody can book, interacting with IVR.
