Deepija Telenetworks bags order for 1000 ConVox predictive dialers from ATS Services.

Deepija Telenetworks Launches "ConVox eZ" a Predictive Dialer without a PC at the agent side.

Deepija Telenetworks has successfully launched a Predictive Dialer without PC. The dialing will be done through a central server and the matured calls will be transferred on to the agent's IP phone, which will show 4 lines CRM display.

This will bring down the setup cost significantly for the BPO/Telecalling outfits as "ConVox eZ" will do away with the PC in front of the Customer Support Agent. The agent can just have a IP Phone and do the dispositions. By implementing "ConVox eZ" the Call Centers save significantly in running cost in terms of PCs, Software costs, space requirement, power consumption, maintenance cost and other associated costs.
