- HUB - Hub is placed between Internet connection and switch to make sure that we get all the VoIP call related data.
- Voice Logger server gets all the packets regarding call and decode them, to find out the call details.
- VoIP Gateway converts VoIP call to analog call and forwards them to analog trunk lines.

- Serial Port (RS-232) - This port receives the call data from EPABX when call ends, on any of the EPABX line. This information is recorded along with the conversation-recording file. This information is presented in the call reports.
- When System detects Incoming call, it extracts the call setup information from H225 signaling packets.
- System starts recording as soon as it detects first Voice Packet.
- When call is completed, call record are updated in the database. Recording files are closed and recording terminates
- Call data is updated with the information taken from SMDR and setup time information.
