How to create IVRS with ConVox?

Create the IVRS with the help of drop down menus and check boxes. IVRS consists of nodes, which perform the telecom actions like playing file, getting digits, recording , call forwarding to your phone.
Based on user input you can select the next note to be executed.

To define a Node, You need to Select the file to be played, Define Input types and fallback options, and define the actions need to be performed on different user inputs.

 | Upload the Voice Files |
Upload the voice files in popular formats like .wav, .MP3 or .GSM.
You can use this while selecting play file for a node.

 | Take the report from the system |
Get the call data reports of the calls received on your IVRS. Call details like, caller ID, Digits pressed by caller, call time, call duration etc. in the reports.

 | Record the Voice Prompts through Phone |
| This unique feature allows you to record your voice prompts through Phone. Just make a call to your IVRS number from your registered phone and create a voice file. Log into the system and place this voice file with the node of your choice. |
