Tech Lead – Voice Automation Platform

We’re hiring a hands-on Tech Lead to architect and build a voice-based automation platform. You’ll lead the development of natural conversation systems using advanced speech processing and scalable backend architecture.

• Build and lead the voice automation platform architecture
• Integrate STT/TTS services (Google, Azure, AWS)
• Design conversational flows using IVR or conversational AI
• Develop scalable microservices in Python or Node.js
• Collaborate across teams to deliver AI-driven features
• Optimize voice data handling and system reliability
• Contribute to prompt engineering and reusable libraries

• Twilio Programmable Voice or Freeswitch API
• STT/TTS integration experience
• IVR or conversational AI design
• Python (preferred) or Node.js
• Microservices architecture
• Familiarity with Livekit or Crew AI frameworks
