Job Role:

As a CRM Executive, you will play a pivotal role in planning and implementing CRM strategies aimed at attracting and retaining customers, expanding brand reach, and boosting consumer loyalty. Your responsibilities will include creating compelling content for marketing campaigns, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and testing and refining marketing strategies to optimize performance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer retention, expand brand reach, and foster consumer loyalty.
  • Create compelling content, including emails, for integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Test and refine marketing strategies to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Segment customer database for targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Lead and guide a team to execute CRM strategies efficiently.
  • Analyze data to gain insights into customer behavior and provide recommendations for improvement.
