Job Role:

The role entails a blend of technical expertise, strategic ownership, and sales acumen. The ideal candidate should possess a willingness to understand and explain complex technology solutions with ease, adopting a consultative approach. They should demonstrate a keen attention to detail in planning and communication, along with a proactive mindset to take responsibility for tasks and initiatives.

Sales Skills:

  • Proficiency in engaging and influencing key stakeholders within accounts.
  • Effectiveness in conducting technical and functional activities essential for the pre-sales stage.
  • Desirable past experience in solution selling to enterprises, particularly in CRM, ERP, Enterprise, Contact Centers, or SaaS.
  • Concept selling and software solution sales experience is an added advantage.

Technical Expertise:

  • Willingness to understand and embrace technology without aversion.
  • Comfortable with understanding and articulating technology and solutions using a consultative approach.
  • Ability to see the bigger picture and take ownership of tasks and initiatives.
  • Attention to detail in planning and communication.
  • Driven and focused on achieving growth targets.

Professional Background:

  • Direct sales experience in solution sales, particularly in CRM, ERP, Enterprise, Contact Centers, SaaS, or CPaaS solutions.
  • Experience in selling within specific verticals.


MBA will be preferred​.
