Job Role

As a Customer Successive Executive (Inside Sales), you play a crucial role in drivingrevenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction within your organization. Your primary responsibility is to nurture and maintain relationships with existing customers, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services, and ultimately contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify and pursue new client opportunities.
  • Craft tailored messaging to effectively engage prospect companies and executives.
  • Qualify prospects by comprehensively understanding their needs and budgetary considerations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions by updating the CRM system.
  • Take full ownership of the lead generation process, from initial contact to order closure.
  • Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor as needed.
  • Make a minimum of 70 cold calls per day to potential clients.
  • Receive attractive incentives for successfully closing leads, in addition to a fixed salary.
